Year of the Golden Gate Bridge .
The event will be a 2 day waterfront festival
that will stretch from Fort Point beneath the bridge across Crissy Field and
Marina Green, and down Fisherman's Wharf to Pier 39.
The festival will include a historic watercraft parade, music and dance stages, art exhibitions, history presentations, displays of cars from 1937 to the present and other bridge-related events on Crissy Field and Marina Green. More events will take place atFort Mason Center ,
Ghirardelli Square ,
the San Francisco
Maritime National
Historical Park ,
Fisherman's Wharf and other sites.
The festival will include a historic watercraft parade, music and dance stages, art exhibitions, history presentations, displays of cars from 1937 to the present and other bridge-related events on Crissy Field and Marina Green. More events will take place at

9.30pm on the Sunday evening there will be a grand finale with a spectacular
fireworks display.

parklands anchored by the famed span.

Sunday
will feature a wide assortment of activities at Crissy Field and Marina Green,
including history and educational presentations, display of cars from 1937 to
the present, an historic watercraft parade, music and dance stages, art
installations, Bridge construction films, and displays by corporate and media
partners. At about 9:30 pm the weekend
celebration will conclude with a spectacular 75th anniversary fireworks display
and grand finale. Other venues and
